2.3 If 2agame determines, at any time, that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

3.1 Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) 2agame account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Your 2agame account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4.1 All transactions on 2agame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits via supported local methods.
4.2 Supported Deposit Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
4.3 2agame processes deposits in good faith upon receipt of confirmed payment notifications from the relevant payment provider. 2agame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network interruptions.
4.4 Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary. 2agame does not guarantee same-day processing for any withdrawal.
4.5 2agame reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
4.6 Account funds do not accrue interest. 2agame is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any regulated sense.
4.7 In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, account funds may be held pending investigation. 2agame will notify the user of any such hold as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on 2agame are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event. These rules are made available within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed by the user, except where 2agame expressly provides a cash-out or in-play cancellation feature.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 2agame reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s) to the user's account. 2agame's decision in such matters is final.
